The lead group of riders climb Patterson Pass during the Tour of California

Some water drops on a very small flower.

A little table top shuffleboard.

Reflections from the pool

A leaf I found on top of my truck.

Merry Christmas. Ho. Ho. Ho.

San Francisco, California.

This was taken near the end of the old Dumbarton Bridge. |

A photo of a candle stick holder that I held up in front of a stained glass lamp.

Now THAT is a camera. I met Will Landon and his wife on N. Flynn as they were taking some shots of the windmills. That camera of theirs takes film that is 5" x 25"! |

A couple of my windmill photos are on this site. See The Place, and The Pictures sections. This is the companion site to the film PBS is showing on November 25th about Livermore, titled (interestingly enough) "Livermore". You can read more about the film on the site or here. |
When a person uses a search engine to locate my web site, I can tell what they searched for. Often it is "Glenn James", or "Livermore windmills". Interestingly, some months "Taitt Sato" is the top search phrase used! |

Just one photo to put up from the Masters Crit Championships in Fremont today. I'm not quite sure how to explain it. |

I was on a hike today on Mt. Diablo, and we spotted this Horned Toad. I was told it is quite rare to see them on the mountain. |

I got another NCNCA cover. This is happening quite often, so I won't bother posting a photo of it. I also took down my "I've been published!" section of my site. |

"No more excuses." That's what my friend Mike said when he heard I bought a new camera. Up to this point, I have been able to blame my missed shots on slow autofocus or a lack of proper focal length. Not any more. This is my new Canon EOS 10D with a 70-200 2.8L IS lens. I have a couple of wider angle lenses to go along with it. |
